1. Attach the collection paper loosely to the toilet sear, and make bowel movement onto the collection paper. |

2. After making bowel movement onto the paper, use the tool provided in the stool collection kit to scrape sufficient amount of stool sample from 5 or more different areas and store it in a container
Place the stool container on a flat surface before putting the stool into container. After collection, close the lid tightly and shake container up and down to mix the contents.

3. Flush the stooland the collection paper together down the toilet. sample |

4. Please place your stool sample container in the zipper bag provided, and store in a cool place before handling it in on the day of check-up. |
