After collection, close the lid tightly and shake container up and down to mix the contents. ※if the preservative is leaked out, please request for a resend. |

Morning & Afternoon - Breakfast & Lunch: Have light meal with white rice or white porridge. After 2pm - After 2pm: Do not eat any food except water. |
